Tanning bed issue

I went to a sunbed two years ago.

I somehow burned my penis. It was all red and burning..

Since then I developed a small brown spot on the glans. And my glans and foreskin skin is not how it uded to be. Sometimes the skin is dry and it itches just a little bit, sometimes I have these flat and wide bumps that you can barely see tho, and there are slightly different colors on the glans and foreskin. I have tried canesten, bepanthen, banival, cbd, and so on.. I am also very strict about the hygiene and drying after showers and moisturizing so I really dont even know what I have. I have googled hundreds of things and the closest thing I found that I might have is balanitis but it is not that severe and that doesnt explain the brown spot(did not change shape or form, but it looks like it is going away after a year now).. what should I do guys? My doc is kind of a lazy douchebag and he wont even bother to look at it so I'm even more embarrassed..

There is also a very mild pain in the glans every now and then when I have an outbreak of a drier skin and those weird small bumps..

What should I do? What do I have? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Go to a different doctor, a sexual health clinic, a hospital emergency room or a dermatologist. Lesions like that have to be inspected and, possibly, biopsied.

Hi, yes definitely that needs to be checked out properly a referral to a dermatologist probably would be best. And a new GP as well 👍🏻
