Very dry and burning penis and lump on foreskin below frenulum

I've been having dry and burning penis for years now. And I haven't been able to solve it yet. I also just recently noticed a bump below the frenulum. I had a rough Sex once and I tore my frenulum then. After that I have been having dry penis skin and painful penis. I also have difficulty keeping it firm while Sex. I am very tensed, any solutions?

I checked with them, all they say is that penis is normal. The lump seems to be cyst, I did ultrasound today. Is it normal to have such dry and scaly penis?

Hey, it's normal for a circumcised penis to be dry you could try some moisturisers E45 lotion or Adex Gel they are quite good use them everyday day and see how it goes. How long have you been circumcised it's something you just get used to to having a dry glans. you should have the cyst removed it wouldn't be a big job and it would look so much better. if you relax more and take your time it would help with your erections.

Oh sorry I'm uncircumcised, I got it wrong. I always get confused between these 2 terms, my bad. Yeah will try those moisturizer you said and see what happens

Ok I thought it was uncircumcised alright. you could have a slight fungal infection and your GP didn't recommend anything or give you any creams to use.

If things don't improve you could ask your GP again, you could try some antifungal cream from the chemist as well.

Did your doctor suggest having the cyst removed? It’s usually an in office procedure. The head of a circumcised guys dick is often dry and rough. Just use some good skin moisturizer on the head and inner membrane. Vitamin E is good to use also.

Yeah the thing is I have such severe cracks, it burns, and it is much more painful than pleasurable to have Sex. I've tried using man one man oil, male revitalize, activ man solution from Amazon for moisturizing penis, is there any specific moisturizer you suggest?

Also I use coconut oil or KY-Jelly lubricant while masturbating

Have you tried using Vitamin E capsules? Just puncture the capsule and squeeze on the head of your penis.

Maybe try Vaseline petroleum jelly. Rub it into the head really well and then wrap your penis is a cloth. It’s messy, so you’d have to try this overnight or when you’re staying in. LOL

This is gonna sound stupid but what kind of detergent do you use? Some of them have harsh chemicals which may be causing the issue.

I'm circumcised, I use olay body wash, i used to use nothing before but my doctor recommended I can use okay since my penis was giving fishy smell, there's no white discharge though, so he said it was not Balantitis, kind of confused
