I guess you're talking about penile pearly papules. Are cut or uncut? Because the is link with this condition with foreskin.

No, it's a bit bigger as compared to the pictures I've seen on Google. I still have foreskin. Would you be able to help me out if i shared a picture?

Its looks like dry skin to me. Do you masturbate roughly?

A bit yeah... Can something like this happen because of that?

Men should ejaculate, well that's our system, if you don't masturbate, you will mess up your pants with nocturnal emissions. But why I asked it because, some guys, especially Indians, we are very rough when it comes to sex! So this might be the outcome of rough handling where some discoloration occured. Sometimes white or dark patches may occur too without any reason, especially if one had pinkish head. Rashes may occur too. These are some skin condition comes when we practice a rough handling while watching porn releasing. Since you said there is no pain and itchy, that is fine but please see if it becomes itchy later ( please read link below to confirm yourself that you have no such symptoms). Since you're uncircumcised, make sure you wash your tool correctly, retract and let urinate and make sure wash it and retract forward the foreskin after urinated, the same goes with ejaculating too. I'm Hindu too but got circumcised for aesthetic reasons although I have no problem with my foreskin. If you find any difficulties, thinks to get circumcision, you can inbox me, we can chat about it too.

Quote:

White patches that form on the penis could be a sign of lichen sclerosus. It's a skin condition that's more common in those who aren't circumcised. In addition to white spots that grow larger as the disease progresses, the skin of the penis can also become itchy and more fragile.

Thanks for the explanation! Yeah I'll try washing it in a better way.. i don't have the symptoms that you linked to... Infact the abnormal thing is the white spot itself. Rest of the skin looks perfectly fine to me.. i am keeping a track whether it's growing or not, and since some days it hasn't grown..

Good bro. You can text me whenever you need. At last but not least, if you're unsure you can get a medical check up. No need to embarrass in it. By the way, how old are you? Just to confirm that you're an adult.

Are you sure it’s not smegma?

Hi it could be a fungal infection or yeast infection or maybe even one of the lichen skin condition. You should have it see by your doctor.
