I have enlarge prostate. Every time have the organism it burns. My only solution is masturbate every 10 days. Is there better way?

When was your BPH diagnosed? Have you had PSA tests done regularly?

Yes my regular doctor knows and. Uralogist. Plus I double check with him that I have over active bladder and enlarge prostate. I do wear diaper to town in case of an accident. I have had 2. But. It was due to can't hold for more then 20 minutes. And no bathrooms
