Does anyone have any experience with prostate health supplements? I'm thinking about starting to taking some but don't know which ones to choose. Thanks for any advice.

Unless prescribed by your doctor, most supplements only serve to reduce your wallet!

I read online some positive experiences regarding the usage of some natural herbs. That's why I want to give those a try. I am aware that there are many scammers around but maybe there are some decent ones. I found a lot of mentionings about prostamol and Regen50 ti be a good supplement.

There are two medicines/ medical solution available. A short period starter: alpha blockers and slower in start: 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. You need to contact/talk with a health care professional with your symptoms first.

thank you for the advice. I am no feeling any serious discomfort, just mild burning while urinating and more frequent urge to urinate so I am really trying to avoid everything that is not natural, at least while I'm in this stage. If it gets more serious than of course all the prescription and recommendations from my urologist will be the only choice.

Having had BPH and tried many of the supplements I can tell you now... don't waste your time, it will only be delaying the inevitable.

I managed to delay by using tamsulosin which you can buy a limited supply of without prescription. The brand name was Flomax Relief.

You need to have your GP refer you to a Urologist to determine the best treatment but DO NOT try Finasteride as it can result in an early death by suicide!

My urologist said supplements containing saw palmetto can help mild prostate enlargement. I’ve been taking Super Beta Prostate for a year and my PSA is around 3, which he says is good.

I tried that but it gave me insomnia and heartburn. 🤢

I take saw Palmetto and zinc. Can't say it makes things miles better but certainly doesn't make them worse. I definitely would NOT take finasteride due to PFS which my Urologist never told me about before handing me the prescription! I'm a great believer in herbal remedies and Saw Palmetto suits me fine. Hope you find a solution to your problems without the nasty side effects

I am also a believer in natural remedies. I we read that that a combination of zinc and saw palmetto are helpful. Its worth a try . Do you have some product to recommend?

Hi Jeff! I am using Regen50 strong for 7 or 8 months now and I can say it has been helpful. My situation is really improving. I had problems with frequent urination. Sometimes I would get up at night 10 times but now it is down to maybe 4 times a night. For me that is a good sign. My wife is also using this product but the yellow box. She had often urinary infections a few years back and it has weekened her entire urine system. Shes taking the yellow Regen50 for 4 months now I think and she said she can feel some slight improvements.

I have enlarged prostate and been through multiple tests wish I knew about prostate health earlier than 55. I tried serenopro from a natural path not sure if it on its own helped but Dr prescribed tamsilosin. The natural path did put me on a path for better prostate health and alot is dietary. I wish I knew this at 40-45 , mainly cut out pop and a big problem was processing of milk other dairy products and meat. Replace with prostate healthy foods. Organic milk and butter but a bit less also replaced some meat with fish and the natural fish oils other meals no meat. Positive prostate foods saw palmetto, pumpkin seeds other nuts , tomatoes, pomegranate lots of other foods online or consult dietician or natural foods. You will be happy you make these changes before its to late.
