'Shortened' penis stretch post circumcision.

It's been exactly one month after my revision circumcision. No more open wounds. But with full erection it seems shorter because the skin under the tummy is pulled forward to compensate.

Basically imagine the same pressure you do when you dig as deep as possible in your partner. Push down and back towards the pubic bone. 30 seconds hold x 5 reps, every other day. Works best with full erection.

Why every other day? Because you need the tissues to have time adapt to the stretch stress.

You can also do a different approach with a fully flaccid penis. Since the issue here is just the skin burrying the penis during erection, how about when flaccid: just pull the skin of the penis forward. Hold for 30 secs, repeat 5 times, every other day.

Thanks for sharing this. Do you have any other exercises that might help or is this the only one? Will definitely give this a go

I actually suggested two methods above, both for erect and for flaccid.

You appear to have healed very quickly following your surgery!

I hade my revision circumcision on june 15. Quick healing could be because i also used high intensity laser therapy, the machine is available in my work area 😁 (it is used for speeding up wound healing and biostimulation).

Hi mate what laser did they use and the name of the scar / wound healing - I am looking into this for my scar from penile surgery and want to go to a place that uses this type....

Biostimulation? Is that a laser or procedure?

Thank you

You have a fantastic circumcision and your penis size looks great can I ask why you had a revision ? And has your frenulum been removed

I previously had a dorsal slit in 1992. So skin was just loose on the underside. Even with full erection, girls think its ugly down there it looks flabby and wrinkled. For aesthetic purpose and since i got a lot of idle time this covid...

No, the frenulum is spared in my revision.

Well you have ended up with an amazing result quite a low cut as I have so you must ha lost alot of skin I noticed on a earlier post you said you had a little bunching behind the head when soft due to you being a grower how much bunching do you get and are you happy with it ?

The bunching is not much, and i hope to have more with stretching so that skin wouldn't be pulled from my tummy during erection. I want to be able to comfortably press the skin of the base of my erect penis to the pubic bone, the part that bumps the woman's clitoris during deep pounds.

It doesn't grow. It only appears larger if you had phimosis.

Try it again

How long till u see improvement anbis there any risks and if u are pulling down when erected and the scarline feeling tight stings does that means it working?

themeatman79 profile image
themeatman79 in reply to

The improvement was evident after about 3 months, where i no longer feel any resistance on full erection.

in reply tothemeatman79

No resistance when u was doing the streaching? Is it normal to feel like soreness after u do it around scarline bcuz when I do it my scarline stings like it tight and sore after I'm guessing BCUZ it tight Sorry if I'm asking to much

1. If the scar is healed (no more wound) its best to start stretching.

2. Soreness of the scar after stretching is normal.

Not what you're looking for?
