Came without masturbating 11 days post circumcision

It happened during sleep and one stitch in the frenulum area came out i think because of that.. i don't have any bleeding its just very sore and it itches.. anyone had any similar or knows if its ok for the area to be sore after stitches come out

It's about the time when dissolvable stitches will start to loosen. Hopefully your wound is already healed enough that you won't get an open wound. You may support incision line against nocturnal erections by using strips of skin adhesive tape (like Micropore). Put a bit petroleum jelly on to incision line so the tape is easier to remove.

thank you very much.. my doctor has done many circumcisions and he didn't advice me on using anything neither oils nor strips like these so i am thinking that he would tell me if it was must right?

You don't have to do anything. Do whatever makes you happy.

All I can tell is urologists and surgeons are quite good what they do in operations like circumcision, but their professionalism are not that good on later wound care. Nurses are their best then here in Finland, Europe. I don't know what is the situation in UK or where you are. I hope your doctor has the best knowledge on wound care you can get in your country.

Yeah if course i get what you're saying. Here in Greece it's more complicated especially now with Covid-19. Anyway thanks for the advice mate

ye no panic just keep clean i woke most days with spunk running down baws so dinnae panic its yer own jizz bit rage i dinnae enjoy it for pain but time lad u will be fine and have it on yer tummy soon after knocking it out yerself lol 😆
