Hi I was circumcised today and I wanted to know if any of you have any tips so I don’t let it get infected or I can’t feel much

The doctor should have prescribe a cream for infection. I applied Neosporin!

Take it easy the first week, try laying down and don't move too much. Otherwise you'll bleed more often.

If there is excessive bleeding, contact the doctor or if it's just a bit it'll stop on its own and don't panic, it's just a wound, all the best

Make sure you don’t get your wound wet when you shower for the first week at least. Apply antibiotic cream every day (after you remove your dressing). Don’t move around too much. Eat more protein (meat like chicken/fish) to help with wound recovery. Vitamin C is good too. Try to avoid oily/spicy food.

Have you seen any evidence based data that avoiding healthy bit oily or spicy food post-op can slow down the healing process. I'm talking about so called western practices. Could you show one or more, please. I'm interested.

Im on day 10. Dont worry everything is going to be alright. It'll get better day by day. If theres blood try to keep the area clean and and put some pressure on it with a clean cloth for 2-3 mins it will stop the bleeding, it might comeback; dont worry repeat until its gone. Neosporin should keep you away from infections, just apply a good amount each day. Taking bath is also good if you feel like it, don't stay in for too long tho. Try painkillers for sleep, for me the first week it was hard getting some sleep because of some painful erections, but now that the glue and stiches (most of it) has come out, it is better. Tho im still trying to avoid them completely until the wound heals completely. Also try not to overthink the situation in your head (that has been the bigger issue for me) let it take its time. Have a good recovery!

Be naked for the first 2 weeks and just lay un bed.
