Yes you will need to be careful but I think it should be possible. I had my frenulum removed and found it great in the weeks afterwards if we were careful to just use the top and sides of the glans penis. Fantastic that you had your frenulum removed by the way. I’ve definitely increased in sensitivity in that spot. We had our sons’ frenulums removed when they had their circumcisions to save any bother for them later on.

Still have some of the frenulum left on mine. It feels a little on the hard side and adds to sensation, so I'm not sure yet if I'm going to have it removed in the future.
