Just Circumcised - Lost Length?

I'm 35, just circumcised, coming up on 3 weeks this Friday.

My erection is smaller than before by about an inch, but it's thicker, and there is a tonne of pressure on the stitch line when I get an erection. Like it's being help back.

Seems smaller when flaccid too but that may just be because of the lack of a foreskin.

The stitch line also feels like there's a ring inside it if that makes sense. It's not that ring they use in some surgeries though, it just feels like lumpy skin. I think it may be swelling because it's gone down. but I thought I'd ask if anyone has had that as well. Right after the circ it looked fucked, like a top heavy penis lol

When does the pressure stop?

How can I help ensure it goes back to the full length and what's the time period for that?

I had phimosis, my frenulum is intact, and honestly, that's the most painful part of the erection.

My cut seems to be low and I assume tight, as it's tight as fuck when I get an erection. So the skin goes almost all the way to the head of the penis, maybe 1cm away.

Healing after a teen or adult circumcision takes 6-8 weeks. It is a marathon not a sprint.

Your penis will be considerably swollen for some while and this makes it appear that it is shorter. Your erections (which should not be deliberately created) will be less than full as your body works to prevent the wound being torn open by them.

Don't worry. Your penis is not actually shorter and your full length will again be apparent once healing is complete and the swelling subsides.

I use my knowledge to try to help people on sites such as this as well as to refute the lies of the anti-circumcision fanatics.

Aight cool, this is very appreciated. It doesn't just appear shorter, I measured before and after, it's objectively shorter in length right now.

For an update, a lot of the pressure is gone. The scabs and stitches are also almost if not completely gone. Stitch line is still healing. Peeing standing up now though! I'm 4 days short of a month from the procedure. If you ever want to slow time down, get circumcised, feels like its been a year.

So I jerked off yesterday, couldn't before because of the scar line. It just didn't feel good. Used some bio oil (lube) and it worked out quite nicely, felt better than uncircumcised. Can't have sex for 6 weeks but probably going to wait longer. Not in a rush to beat off again either.

hi it’s pretty normal to be still swollen after 3 weeks that’s not a concern after all your man hood has gone through a lot of trauma 😂.

The swelling will eventually subside I would suggest give it another month or so and stop masturbating that’s not a good idea after 3 weeks you could do more damage than good.
