Hi everyone, just thought id do a before/after post as it seems a good way to get this stuff of our chests (or penis')
I have extremely tight phimosis, ive never seen my glans ever, my foreskin expands like a balloon when i pee and i have barely any flow, it causes me alot of trouble especially when trying to get semen out of such a small hole, after many years of deciding what to and many attempts at stretching its finally come to this. Im looking forward to being able to pee like a normal person, shoot cum, and without pain.
Ive read alot of your stories and its really inspiring to know that this community exists to help each other out. So thanks everyone, ill post again after the surgery.

Not at all. My uncle had it done when he was 56 if im not mistaken. Anyways, you should feel great relief after the procedure, when taking in consideration the level of severity on your phimosis case. IMPORTANT: Keep the area clean! Cheers 🍻
it's an advice bro , be prepared to get irritated for at least 10 days , after that the pain and irritation will go down , and do not rush anything, healing takes tym , so just be patient ,
This is exactly how mine was, in a way I'm glad to see that this is more common than I thought. I hope the surgery goes well for you, its worth the painful recovery I'm so much more confident than before. Best of luck
Thanks for your response, yeah my urologist said hes seen a few like this but generally not many this severe. What was it like for you to pee for the first time afterwards? Im lookong very forward to being able to pee without any restriction!
Hi Man, that's definitely the best option for you, once you are fully healed it will be much better and you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. it will take some time to heal and will be uncomfortable at first but it will definitely be worth it. All the best
Thanks, ive been wondering for well over 10 years why i didnt too it earlier, i was always to embarrased about anyone finding out, and as i go for this tomorrow my girlfriend is the only person who knows. I guess im shy talking to friends/family about this stuff. Thanks for your encouragement!
That's normally enough man I think most guys would feel embarrassed talking about it and even going to your GP to talk about it can be. as you get older things like this are not as big an issue. Your girlfriend will be a big help and I'm sure close friends /family will be as well when you are ready to talk about it.
Hi Man, if you get the time to read this before the op don't be afraid to tell the doc exactly how you'd like it if you have a preference. High, low, loose, tight and if you can or want to keep your frenulum. Either way all the very best and sure you're going to be thrilled with it.
Hi mate, yeah cheers, i had an appointment with him last night, we spent well over an hour going through everything to get on the same page, i had many questions and im very happy with all his responses. Im looking forward to this being done, and after the chat we had, im not too nervous now
Brilliant, too many guys go in and just let the doc get on with it then wish they'd said more beforehand. I even drew a line on mine which he was fine about! Hope you love it.
Bad advice I’m afraid. With severe phimosis the surgeon isn’t able to retract and therefore is only able to cut longitudinally to release it and then around the circumference. This automatically dictates what you’d refer to as a low cut.
Sorry to hear that but at least you had the info rather than wondering afterwards. You have to have what is medically necessary and a lot of guys are going for low cut these days.
I am on day 29. I had done ZSR CIRCUMCISION. I am 32 years age. Had phimosis very very very hard foreskin. Never seen my glance in my life. Now day by day feeling good. Pee is very easy. No problems in pee. Not tried sex yet because doctor said after 45 to 55 days only i should do. But i wait more 2 months. No problem to wait. All i Just wishing for good sexual life. And i can wait for it some more days. I don't need any problems in future.
Good luck dude. I also had phimosis and finally went under the knife. That was 2 months ago, now not only feeling "normal" but also a better kind of normal.
There will be some discomfort after surgery but it will be worth it.
Are you still uncomfortable after 2 months? I’m 2 weeks in and my glans is still very sensitive to where I’m walking funny and feel pain when it touches my boxers. Did you go through this and if so when did it start to get better?
Ok that’s good! I’ve been reading about people feeling uncomfortable for months/years and it’s been scaring me. If you don’t mind me asking, how bad was your phimosis? And what bandages are you using?
Thanks everyone, just finished the surgery two hours ago, everything was successful, i was awake for it and it wasnt too bad, my first pee was amazing, i cant believe its finally done. Im spending the day resting now.
I was done in November for mostly cosmetic reasons. Don't panic if it looks weird for several months -- mine is only now "settling down" and looking a lot better.
