7 days after circumcision, cant get fully hard (PLEASE HELP!!)

Hi, Im 18 and a week ago had a circumcision to correct my severe phimosis. It's been healing fine, but I noticed when I get erections, I can barely get hard, because my shaft skin is so short and my frenulum, (surgeon kept it), is too short. Im a grower, and the doc did a high and tight I think. The inner skin hasnt detached yet either. The photo is me as erect as I can get. The skin is so short it pulls from my scrotum. Im so scared please someone help me.

One week is nothing in healing time of circumcision. After this short time you can't see the outcome of the circ. You have swollen skin and it can take half a year until all is smooth and comes to an end. Be calm. No panic. On my circ in the first week I also thought it would be too tight. After a month or so all was better.

Thanks so much for the reassurance man. It helps me. So the way the doc did it is he took the skin around my frenulum and folded it to make sort of a triangular shape. It was very swollen a few days after op and now its better. Its just a bit unnerving when things seem like they will rip. Ive been taking very good care of it all so far. I hope it will eventually allow me to be fully erect with no pain. Thanks again

Also I'm a grower, and my penis size triples from when im flaccid. I just really hope that this doesnt cause any complications 😫

You'll better be careful with erections when your sutures?/glue? will loosen. You may support wound edges not to open with skin adhesive tape or bandage/gauze.

You're 100% right. And they are stitched. Im just impatient and thats a terrible trait to have. I just am so stressed I hope I didnt get too much cut.

Don't worry. You'll be fine. There is nothing you can do about it on recovery time. You'll see the outcome on next 2-18 months. Just keep calm and not stretch the wound line too much by wanking with it next 5-7 weeks.

Left frenulum after circumcision makes a problem. I had absolutely the same problem. I had the frenulum removed later. Then pulling the skin of the scrotum was not a problem. I recommend removing the frenulum.

The cut must have been slightly different but also to do with circumcision. There's no way it looks like that after a week. Mines literally full of scabs looking no different on the day of my operation.

Everyone heals at different rates etc I’ve healed very quick in my 1st week but especially my 2nd once all my glue was off. Didn’t really get much scabs only where my frenulum was originally.
