My foreskin is really tight when I’m erect, no way can I pull it back, but can also struggle when soft. Anyone any ideas to help without the need of docs?

You need to see a doc. Stretching for such tight phimosis will need steroid cream on prescription.
This - see a doctor. It's a problem that should be remedied one way or another.
Hi Steve
I have provided a number of links below that might help you.
Take a look at this NHS webpage about phimosis and treatment for it
You can also look at this website about foreskin stretching rings
As a side note, if you have considered circumcision, I wouldn’t advise it because of the risks involved. Ensure you have read the risks
nhs.uk/conditions/circumcis...
Please let me know what you think.
It is a pity that the picture above is upside-down as it makes it hard to see what the problem is!
Steroid cream will only help with small or partial phimosis. You have complete phimosis and after the steroid cream you are at risk of developing relative phimosis. It is dangerous during sex. I definitely recommend circumcision.
Just bare in mind your mental health and your state of mind because even though the surgury may go well its the after shock and regret and depression that may get to you it did to me but i am actually turning the corner well hopefully
Hi go see doc you will be fine they see it every day I went to hell and back with phimosis and ballantis infection after infection and I can tell you the op was easy as and less painful than the above you be ok I no I have been there hope this helps
You badly need a Circumcision treatment bro
Besides being painful, it looks painful to a reader. There is a saying in much of medicine and especially in dentistry: "It doesn't get better by itself." Visit a urologist. He/she paid lots of money and spent a lot of time to learn about your situation and consider themselves experts. You haven't gotten a medical degree, but you are delaying the diagnosis and possibly treatment (which you probably already know anyway). So see a doc, get the real answer, get treated if necessary, and stop worrying and complaining and being in pain.
You need circumcision. Don't waste your time with creams.
Keep your Hoodie, It's Priceless 👍
I agree with Zappa61 - "Keep your Hoodie, It's Priceless" and can't be replaced once severed.
It is a part of the body that does not function properly - yesterday - now - today -tomorrow. Do you want him to suffer and risk infection or injury? You did not offer him any remedy for a problem that others have described as beyond hope. If he had a bone protruding from his leg, would you tell him, "Don't worry, it will cure itself, and you may find you can walk like that, and it won't get infected."? At least encourage him to get a professional opinion, or two or three, since most of those who responded on this forum probably have had the same condition as he has, and know what suffering and pain are.
Consider getting circumcised. Go talk with your GP. I've had two circs as an adult and love it. Why suffer with a tight foreskin?
Hello Gentlemen. I’ve just started having this. Silly me, I haven’t been to the doctor yet but I’m going to call tomorrow. It’s spring bank holiday today. I ha e looked at the NHS web site and it mentions paraphimosis, which is when the foreskin has been pulled back and got stuck there. “In severe cases of paraphimosis, local anaesthetic gel can be applied to the penis and a small slit is made in the foreskin to help relieve the pressure. Now would having a small slit made, mean that we could keep our, “Hoddie.” I’d rather keep mine but if it’s impossible to do so then I’m not going to risk, Paraphimosis.
Anyone had the small slit option, are you happy and comfortable with it?
Good luck chaps.
