Washing after Circumcision

How long after being circumcised did people start to incorporate shower gel or soap into their washing routine? I have been using warm water only for 9 days post op now as I don’t want to irritate

Hi ! I used a mild soap from Day 3 onwards and would only trickle the soap water and immediately use warm water to wash the soap away. I would make sure I had managed to wet the whole area with soap and wash it off many times with water all the way till day 10. From Day 10 I started using soap as per normal but I was very gentle . Hope this helps !

Hi tdgx hi used DERMOL 200 it's very for your bits and when you have got dryed off you can re apply it as a cream I got washed off with ordinary show gel and then just used the DERMOL 200 for my bits take care

Thank you for the recommendation however I don’t believe they sell this in my country. I have used one by a brand called Simple which I found in Coles.

Ok no worrys also this is up to you but I put fragrance free moisturiser on at least 3 times a day and also use coconut oil for sex and masterbation and massage very good for your skin and smells nice take care and good luck

I used regular body wash after 3 or 4 days, no side effect

I have been advised to wash it for every 5th day with baby soap.

Hi subzero you would be better with DERMOL 200 you can wash your bits and dry off then reapply as a moisturiser if you use baby soap a lot have got 1-4 dioxane in it also look out for eth if it says that don't use it take cake
