Circumcision wounds are rolled and covered behind tip of penis

I had laser circumcision 3 weeks ago, the stitches fell off in less than a week.

The wound is exactly behind the tip and I'm unable to pull the skin

The wound is always wet.

And the tip has become hyper sensitive, I'm rolling the bandage but every time I go to urinate, it gets wet with urine.

The bandage cloth becomes wet with stingy puss and blood.

The pain is uncontrollable whn I try to pull the skin back, the wound are rolled and hidden behind the tip, not even visible but when I slightly pull it, I see the flesh which looks dangerous, what has happened to? I can't consult any doctor at the moment. Please help.

If you have pus and blood coming from the wound you will need to see a doctor as that would indicate an infection.
