Infected wound after circumcised

Hi I was circumcised in 3 weeks ago and I am recovering very well but ,on the other side of the penis it seems like I got the infection the wound is deep wet and yellow the doctor gave me the injection and the antibiotics now is the day 3 will I be ok or must I put the dressing after the ointment or must I leave the wound open

Hey, just searching the forum for others that have experienced an infected open wound post circ. I have the same problem right now and am taking antibiotics. I just wondered how yours healed in the end?
