Circumcision scab too big?

Hi, it is the 3rd day after my circumcision and I noticed that the scab seems to have gotten bigger, what should I do to make it shrink? Is it normal? I've been using a normal gauze with betadine, I wash it with warm water and salt, my gauze isn't tight.

You are very early in the healing process and scabbing is normal. If you are worried or think you have a problem, please visit your doctor or surgeon.

May I ask the normal time that these usually go away? My doctor is very busy at the moment and I was getting a little bit worried about the scab
