Hi to all. I wonder if anybody is having the same problem as me. My foreskin seems to be getting tighter and it is like I have a elastic band under my skin. When I pull it back it is quite painful to get my helmet to pop out. Can anyone help and shine some light on the situation. Thanks p

Hi looks like you have phimosis you need to go to doc to confirm that but your willy is exact same as I had I unfortunately I had to have circumcision on 10/12/19 put I had 8 infections spread over 12 month been to he'll and back how long as it been like that and have you any pain soreness etc I can tell you don't worry because it can be sorted and don't worry about going to docs they see it everyday i can tell you the operation was easy compared to the pain and suffering i went through hope this helps but you defo need to go see doc and he will most likely send you to urogalist all the best and keep us informed

Hey I had a similar looking issue and was almost like small cuts appearing. Small amount of steroid cream cleared it and I can now retract like normal.

Hi, yes it looks to be quite tight with a phimotic ring causing you a degree of phimosis. You should have it check with your GP for a proper diagnosis they may give you some steroid cream which would help with some stretching.

Hi, try asking your doctor whether betnovate cream and stretching exercises would be of any help to you. You could avoid undergoing circumcision.

Phimosis is not a death semtence, so just decide if retraction is important to you.

Misinformation. There’s no muscles in a foreskin, the Dartos muscle is in the scrotum

Dartos fascia is being confused with Dartos muscle.

“The dartos muscle works in conjunction with the cremaster muscle to elevate the testis but should not be confused with the cremasteric reflex.

The dartos fascia keeps the foreskin close to the glans penis throughout life. In infancy, the dartos fascia operates as a one-way check valve at the tip of the foreskin, allowing urine to pass out, but prohibiting the entry of foreign matter and pathogens.

There is an increase in elastic fibers with increasing maturity that allows the foreskin to become retractable by adulthood and glide freely back and forth.”
