Worried about spot

Hi,

I've had an unusual mark under my foreskin for a few months, it burns slightly when disturbed but hasn't changed size or shape since i noticed it. The mark is pitted not raised. There may also be a small cluster of similar marks further down my foreskin but they very very small so i'm unable to tell for sure. I've also had an intermittent rash around my urethra which seems to only appear after urinating / ejaculation both of which sting slightly & urinating is difficult to do despite feeling the need to go. I've also had a slight swelling of one testicle.

I've been to see my GP who tested for chlamydia and herpes twice now both of which were negative and had an ultra sound of my testicle which was normal.

Can anyone help with what this could be? i am worried about this and any idea of whats going on would be very helpful!

I would advise that you ring up a sexual health clinic (GUM clinic) and have them look at the lesion you have. They are the experts.
