I'm worried about my penis it's been the same since childhood

I'm 18, I've been worried about it but I've not been living with my parents for 11yrs now so I had no one to talk to but now I'm living with my mum, now it's bothering me I don't know what to do I can't tell her I don't have a girlfriend cos I'm insecured to have one because of it every time i look at it I'm kinda angry because I don't know love please what should i do

At least try to give us a clue. Do you maybe think it's the wrong shape, colour, too small, veiny, twisted or whatever, or are you getting too many or not enough erections or what?

First of all it's slightly bent to the left, to me it's way too small it's got some veins though and premature ejaculation

There may not actually be a problem here.

It's not unusual at all to have a slight bend, especially when circumcised, veins are completely normal (it would be weird not to have them), and it may well be a normal size (most studies find average soft length to be around 9 cm or 3½ inches and average hard length to be around 14 cm or 5½ inches).

Premature ejaculation is a separate issue, but if you're only 18, it's very common, and will probably just go away as you get older.

Hi Alex, as suggested best you see a Dr who can advise you if you're perfectly normal, or if there's an issue. Drs will have seen loads of penises, large and small, good and bad. But mainly normal.

Chances are you are perfectly normal but go discuss with your Doc' or maybe, Urology or Sexual Health Clinic. Doctors have seen it all so do not be worried, they are their to help and you should be offered a chaperone to put you at ease.

Yes. It is not an exact science but the 'experts' tell us you can keep on growing into early Twenties. Be aware that the average Penis length is 5", measured from the pubic bone to the tip. What we see in porn and the like is not the average.

Don't go spending money on pills and potions that promise miracles. They won't.

Alex , please consult a urologist for expert opinion , maybe nothing is wrong with you or may be its just a minute /small problem which will have no implications to a normal life .

But please visit a urologist , and if needed take multiple opinon, dont worry too much . tell us details may be we can give general guidance

Okay I understood your problem ..Do visit a urologist.Btw penis size when flacid state especially in cold season is small naturally, so anywhere in between 2-4 inches is normal ..Upon erection anywhere between 4-6 inches is also normal ..Please don't take too much stress the size doesn't matter too much ..The size they show in porn don't go on that and take stress normal people have normal size in between 4-6 inches ..And yes you are just 18 now , you are in a growing phase till 21 so take care ...Trust me nothing matters except your confidence in life and believe in yourself ..
