They look large for infected hair follicles. You need to see a doctor or go to a Sexual Health Clinic.

You can contact your GP. They are still open for business. You may have a telephone conversation first but your doc will need to examine them. You can also ring your nearest sexual health clinic and get an appointment with them. This forum is for support and not diagnosis.
