Hi wondering if this is a keloid and if it will go or not?

Hard to tell but probably just slight localised swelling. Were you circumcised because of phimosis and previously unable to retract? If so, the inner skin may well react like that and would normally go down soon.

Yes I was circumcised because of that, hopefully it’ll go down

I had a bump come up from n my penis at 2 weeks. Do you think my bump is the same as yours?
