Can this be a keloid people help me out My doctor asked if anyone in the family had such and i said yes my sister after having her ear ring

This is your 5th week post-op. I'm quite sure what I see on your picture is not keloid. Has all your sutures popped out already. Can you see them under the swelling?

Good to hear. When you look at the base of your scar line, keloid should be located there, not just between your glans and scar line.

For Some people it may take a year for all the swelling to go down. Mine looked like that when i was cut, turns out the doctor left excess skin and so i had to go back for a second circumcision. I think its the same for you. Try to roll the skin to see if it covers the entire head of the penis. If it does you might have to see a doctor or maybe just leave it like that and wait for the swelling to go down

My doesn't cover the all head only the back part is much swelling 5 weeks now

Dont worry. You will recover. If its swollen it means the wound has not fully healed. Just be patient

I had my surgery January 14th this year and I'm still very swollen too!!

Hi Man, I *think* this is just swelling from fluid under the skin and is normal after a circ. Mine took 6 - 9 months to go down. If memory serves it's called oedema if you want to google it but I wouldn't swear to it.
