I had my circumcision surgery exactly one month ago. Although the wound has almost healed, the sensitivity is still there. When the top part of the penis touches my clothes it’s really painful. Still I can’t walk and sleep properly. Could y’all please tell me any cream/gel to apply and how long it will take to completely heal this????

Like most surgeries, we all recover in our own time. I think that you need to give it some more time but see your doc if you are at all worried.
Don't use any creams or oils on the glans yet. They will make the sensitivity issue last longer. You're just going to have to get used to it.
Try to limit the friction by wearing either a jockstrap or snug briefs for a while. It will gradually go down. At that time you can go back to whatever briefs you want or none at all.
May take six months or longer to completely fade away and longer still if you had phimosis.
There is no shortcut per say. You just have to grin and bear it for a while.
Good luck to you.
I had the same problem. I have been 4 years now and still have some sensitivity. My urologist says it could take longer because some nerves take longer than others to heal. She couldn't really recommend anything to try to alleviate the pain either.
So how have you been dealing with the sensitivity all these years then? Did it subside to a level where you are at least comfortable within months? Having sensitivity is okay as long as it does not pain. Hope to hear from you. thanks!
