Stitches popped

Hey guys so today I was having a really bad erection due to not being able to wank and as I tried to calm it down suddenly one of the stitches popped... is it bad should I call my doctor or it should be alright?? Thursday is my 2 weeks after my operation

So update: been to the doctor he said it should be alright I have dissolvable stitches so they will just start open up eventually takes about 6 weeks or so

You can still support the wound edges not to open more with a strip of skin adhesive tape.

Are they good? Hygienic? And is it hurt to take them off? Since I'm using an ointment at the moment to prevent infection

It's up to you. Wash your hands properly when touch wound area/tape etc. and use clean scissors, when cutting the tape or gauze. Your wound itself is not sterile anymore. There is your normal bacterial flora anyway.

You can spread an ointment under the gauze. Skin tape is easy to take off, when is needed.
