From my own experience it looks like a tight frenulum has it always been like that? It terms of the whiteness I'm not sure if you're worried visit your GP. I've had my circ done with NHS and they're more than helpful even if it seems silly that's what they're there foe
Thanks for getting back to me it has always looked the same minus the white marks I don't think it's an sti because I've only been with one partner for the past 6 years
Has it always been painful around the frenulum? Mine was sore during intercourse being tight. Sorry I can't offer any more advice pal not sure what it is but if it persists definitely get it seen too if the pain is only new
You look to have a lesion at the base of your frenulum. I would see your doctor.
Thanks for the replay
Hi, it looks like you might have the early stages of LS or Bxo you should consult with your doctor for a proper diagnosis. have you only noticed it lately do you have any pale coloration to your glans around your frenulum?
I have only had it 2 days
It could be some scarring from a tight frenulum, but really you should first of all consult your doctor they may give you Clotrimazole cream for a fungal infection if this doesn't work then they would prescribe some steroid cream which should help. And a referral to a dermatologist or a urologist for a proper diagnosis. If it was lichen sclerosus It is something you should have checked out and should not be left untreated.
Thanks I too feel as if it is trauma but I'm going to book an appointment thanks for the replay
Briefly joining the forum to reply to this - totally agree with MrMac99 - looks like Lichen Sclerosus - linear plaque like changes below/on the frenulum radiating towards the urinary meatus ( pee hole ). You need to see a sexual health specialist or dermatologist for a proper assessment.
Its plaque-like - the clue here is the pale tissue radiating from your frenulum towards the meatus . This is a classic LS distribution.
Thanks for link
You are welcome next step is to see a dermatologist or sexual health service to confirm the diagnosis and start topical steroids.
Hi properdoc I have just made a new post because I couldn't figure out how to add photos to my previous post this one my condition seems to be healing itself without the use of steroid cream I was just wondering what people think put this still be Lichen sclerosus if you could have a look at the other post seen what you think thanks
