Is it healing okay ?

Hi guys, im 18 and had a circumcision done 13 days ago. Ive been back to the hospital twice due to bleeding. Got told that i have a slight hematoma but it will go away itself, and some stitches have either pulled or disolve but it should heal itself. Ive been trying to clean it with running water and just dabbing it dry... Just want some input on how its looking. Cheers

Not really. More so just worried about the on and off bleeding, and cant really see whats making it bleed because its coming out from under the bruise. Hopefully all goes well from now. Cheers mate

Bleeding will go off, just keep it clean with a cream suggested by your doc, and around 21st day you'll feel great cheers

Is healing well. You might have to wait for a few days for the hematoma to start reducing . Uptill then don't put too much pressure or try to compress it's size. It will get natrually resorbed back just like the stitches. Also you can use mild soaps but definitely not ones with chemicals or perfumes . Otherwise , you seem to be healing well . Cheers !

Hi bettsy1711 for 13 days he looks quite good you need to wash him twice a day in salt water a couple table spoons in a bowl then dry him off with air dryer I then put vaselene on for 3 weeks but you also need some coconut oil very good for your wound and when you are ready not yet very good for sex masterbation and massage you can get a 500 ml jar from home bargains or any super markets hope this helps keep safe and good luck

Did you get instructions from your surgeon on the care of your penis post-op?

Not really, but since going back to the hospital twice they have given me info on how to care for it properly..

Sad your surgery n did not give you those proper care instructions but good that you now have them. Follow them and you should be OK.

Any idea why you're cut so low? Seems like you've got extra hair on your shaft and possible scrotum pulling. Otherwise it looks fine healing wise.

Not really sure to be honest. The first week it looked really good, but since then it constantly wants to retract, not sure why, just thought it was from the trauma it had been through

In my case I have the same issue and from what I've concluded it's because they removed a lot of skin which makes your scrotum ride higher pushing your penis in a more vertical position and your underwear pushes it in and it becomes pseudo buried. Not saying that's your case but in my case my scrotum ride half way up my penis and I have a major case of turkey neck.

Hi, nice looking circumcision. Make certain that the your skin is pulled back away from the corona so that the wound does not adhere to the glans. Your surgeon did an excellent job of removing your foreskin. Thanks for posting.

Ik it’s been a year so u might not see this but I have pretty much the exact same looking hematoma and it’s been like two months since, how long did it take for you?
