It isn’t normal but is quite common. You need to try stretching it gently and gradually with time and patience you should achieve full exposure in any state. The current medical cure for phimosis (in UK at least) is to do this assisted by a topical steroid prescribed by the doctor and progress monitored. Such cream is found to soften/thin the foreskin to help with stretching.

The fact that you’ve been able to achieve some retraction when flaccid is a good sign and that you probably won’t need any surgical intervention (unless of course that’s what you want). More severe cases where no retraction is possible whatsoever aren’t usually resolved by stretching.

Dude when i fully retract my penis foreskin the head is so sensitive i can barely touch it what can i do to remove the sensitivity of it. It makes me insane when i tried to wash it the first time

The more you exposed your glans to air and water the less sensitive it will get over the time . But first of all you need do do some stretching for you to be able to pull your foreskin back when erected.

Sensitivity issue can solve at a later stage because it will go away eventually when you expose enough. Hope it helps.

Yeah I completely agree, the more exposure and handling it gets, the less sensitive (and more pleasurable) it becomes. Masturbation by repeated retraction really helps!

It takes time. Imagining opening your eyelids for the first time and never having seen light. It’s absolutely worth it in the long run to be able to experience seeing but it’s painful at first and you’ll need to ease into it. Same thing with your foreskin; there’s all kinds of awesome experience awaiting you under there, you just need to slowly desensitize yourself bc those nerves have never had the stimulation. (Think of when you trim your nails real short and the skin underneath is a little sensitive at first. It just takes a bit to adjust.)

Great advice from the guys TIGHT55

I have retracted it before tho its just a bit painful when i do it hard so i dont think i have phimosis thanks for the tips tho

Hi, it can be common for some guys in their teens to have difficulty retracting the foreskin if you try to do the stretching that the guys have suggested. see how that goes you could also get some steroid cream from your GP it would really help. take your time and be gentle you don't want to cause any more scarring to the skin this would only make is even tighter. if it doesn't improve then don't suffer with a tight foreskin it can be quite uncomfortable and even painful and you don't need to suffer with that.

At 16, you are still within the realm of normal, but not ideal. Go to willywellbeing.com for expert teaching and coaching of noninvasive, permanent cures which will preserve all of your nerves for a lifetime of sexual satisfaction. It won't take lots of time, and you won't have painful recovery or the ugliness of a scar.

Whilst these forums can be helpful, I would seek medical advice from your doctor if you are concerned. It can be quite common to have tightness at your age (I did). Gentle stretching can help or topical steroid creams. Circumcision may be the answer as a last resort, but be guided by medical advice from your doctor. I would say if you do have to go down the circumcision route it isn't as bad as some would say (speaking as someone who was recently circumcised).

Sounds like you have phimosis. Ask your GP to refer you to your Urologist at the local hospital. He will put you forward for circumcision. I strongly recommend this as I had the same problem. You will find (after healing) that sex is better, your orgasms are more intense and the feeling of cleanliness you have is amazing knowing there is no bacteria or infection taking place under your tight foreskin.

junk science.

Please desist from your heavy attempts to get this guy to get circumcised. It is OTT and not necessarily true.

had the same issues when i started at 12/13. stretch it bit by bit, a little more each time. once the head is exposed and once you start having sex it will feel more comfortable. the glans is meant to be sensitive. much like the clitoris in females.

Go to the doctor and get your Phimosis treated.
