It's also very tight (phimosis) and I'm worried how it will affect me sexually.

I'm 17 and my foreskin is still attached to the head of my penis
Many people live with phimosis without any issues, but more commonly there might be some tearing. Especially if your foreskin starts to adhere to different places like the glans. It’s scary and an emotional rollercoaster, but having a physician check you out to see if surgery is necessary would be your best bet. Especially having it done at your age, you’ll heal faster and advert any issues that may form down the road, if they do at all. I’m 26 and had mine 2 weeks ago due to phimosis and some of my foreskin adhering. The circumcision wasnt as painful as I was expecting, it’s mostly a lot of discomfort and an occasional sting for me. I’m actually really happy with it already. That’s not to say it is for everyone.

Is it possible to have sex without pain or discomfort?
The good thing is that you’re still young. I had the same problem as you when I was your age and my doctor told me to stretch the foreskin regularly and it should stretch over time but If it wasn’t successful he would consider circumcision.
It took plenty of time patience and effort but by my mid twenties the skin was loose enough to retract when I was erect. This does not always work but in my case I was glad I had a doctor who didn’t just take the easiest decision and cut my skin off.
Nowadays I have a fully functioning foreskin with all those erogenous cells intact and a lovely soft pink glans underneath. Obviously the choice is yours, but make sure you’re sure before committing to an operation, and take the advice of a doctor rather than anyone else before you commit!
I was literally the same at 17 years old. My foreskin was attached to the head and the only thing you could do was masturbate. The only way is to circumcise yourself. You will be fine in 2 weeks after the surgery. You can choose to be either under general anesthesia or just a normal one. You will not regret it. Find an urologist-surgeon so he can do the procedure himself.
Do you think I could have anal sex with this same problem?
