Foreskin stitched to penis flesh? Can’t pull foreskin down

I just got my circumcision surgery about 2 weeks ago. Healing is great. Sensitivity is fine. However I can’t pull the top part of the skin down all the way. I’m a little concerned because I was able to do this before the surgery. It feels like the doc stitched the skin to the penis flesh. Why would he do that? Am I not supposed to be able to pull my foreskin down more than it already is?

You got a low circumcision so all of your inner foreskin was removed. What was the reason for the circumcision? The procedure is meant to do as what you've described, did the surgeon not talk you through what would happen as they should have. You sign a form to confirm that you are happy to have it done regardless of the outcome

I believe preserving the inner foreskin is important.

For any surgery you sign a consent form that's legal practice, was it done private or through a GP?

I just wonder, what did you expect? Have you talked with the surgeon in advance?
