Hey, I'm almost 21 years old and I have never tried to pull my foreskin completely, I'm just so afraid to pull it back cause when I try little hard it start to hurt (not too much). I thought this would go away after my first intercourse, but Im still a virgin. Please help cause my girlfriend is coming over in 3 days and I dont want to be embarrassed by this little thing (maybe).
Thanks for all the reply, I tried the stretching exercise which some of you suggested and I came to the point where I found out that my foreskin is kinda attached to the tip with some skin cell, should I force to break that. I already booked an appointment with my doctor though.

It is essential to pull back your foreskin fully every day to wash thoroughly under it and remove all the waste material that collects there. Failing to do this can result in serious infections. Your parents ought to have taught you to do this before allowing you to bath or shower unsupervised.
During intercourse the foreskin can be forced right back as you thrust and if it is too tight it can rip painfully and with very bloody and highly embarrassing consequences.
There is nothing much you can do to loosen it in 3 days! You need to see your doctor about the phimosis and get some treatment for it.
Fully agree with roddy, parents or someone should have taught you this around age 3-5. So late for that. I also suggest a Dr appointment. As stated you cannot fix in 3 days. If sex, go easy-see. Dr soon-good luck
Hey Man. Sounds like you have phimosis it's important to retract the foreskin to clean underneath everyday. you should visit your GP or call them in this time of covid-19 it's hard to get an appointment but you can speak to them over the phone some steroid cream would really help you out with stretching. In terms of your girlfriend coming over if you do go ahead explain to your girlfriend the situation I'm sure she will be supportive if you use a condom with lots of lube you should be ok.
