Foreskin still attached to underside of penis

Hi im a 16 year old and im having some trouble with my foreskin. After i pull it about halfway over the head of my penis i can see that it seems to be attached to the underside of my penis' head, i have not tried to pull it further back yet i havent experienced painful sensations from this attachment. I was just wondering if this is something natural or if need to do stretches (if so could you leave some recommendations) or if i urgently need to see a GP. i have not told anyone else about this yet.

The part underneath may well be your frenulum. It is probably best to see you GP in case that there is something that needs to be done now to ensure future full function. Take care.

Hi yeboi you could try a warm bath you need to pull your forskin back and clean they will most likely be smegma you need to clean every day if you can get your foreskin back dry him off and put some fragrance free moisturiser on him if you are in any pain or discomfort go see the doc and don't worry about going they see these problems every day keep safe and good luck

Like Hidden has said , the connection between the foreskin and the glans is the frenulum . If you are having pain due to this attachment, do not further retract as it might lead to a tear . This also may point towards having a short frenulum. This has to be diagnosed and treated by a doctor for sure and they can definitely help you out. All the best !

The attachment between your glans (head) and the inner foreskin is called the frenulum. Unless it is specifically removed or cut through, it will always be there. Its sole purpose is to _assist_ the foreskin to return to covering the glans as an erection subsides.

If your frenulum is restricting the retraction of your foreskin then it is too short and tight (called frenulum breve) and needs attention from a doctor. It could also be that your foreskin is too tight to freely pass over the rim of the glans (especially when erect) - a condition called phimosis. Again you should see your doctor about the problem.

It is imperative that you can fully and freely retract your foreskin to wash daily under it and remove the waste material called smegma that constantly collects there. Failing to do so leads to nasty smells and eventually to serious infections.

The frenulum can be lengthened with regular and frequent stretching. Retracting to the limit is the easiest method. You can do this each time you pee. After emptying, retract your foreskin and hold it a few seconds. Don't cause pain.

That’s the way I stretched my foreskin too. It’s fully functioning now so was worth the effort.
