I have very little skin movement when erect. I can almost touch the base of my glans when flaccid but not when erect.

I believe the surgeon used a freehand method with skin glue
Is the incision line/scar thick when you touch around it? Mine is. Not sure if it should be. Mine is cut just under the glands. Surgeon didn’t leave any inner foreskin and cut the outer foreskin to stitch under the glands.

No, not at all. It’s thin and smooth.
How long ago did you get cut? My scar at first was reasonably thick but within 12 months everything settled down and the scar became flat and smooth

I would recommend you try bio oil on your scar. I have used it and it’s recommended by others on here.

It was freehand with skin glue. The surgeon kept as much inner skin as he could.
