I tried for 24 years to autonomously cure my phimosis... I used to have tight phimosis and with everyday stretching for years, the only result that I have obtained was that I became able to retract the gland while the penis wasn't totally erected... I, therefore, decided to do circumcision. I was really very scared about it and I won't joke you, for me, it was a disaster (you can say the tons of problems that I had on my profile). I think that if my parents had decided to op me when I was a child I would live more serene adolescence and today I would not have to face all of these problems... If you want a suggestion, grit your teeth and do it.
And plan to make the op only in a period in which you don't have other things to do.
I'm sorry to say that, but my parents stretched me for years when I was a child. I continued to stretch for years when I grew up, but in more than 20 years, the problems weren't solved. The only result was that I had to face this problem as an adult with more postoperative complications. I wish the operation wouldn't be needed...
Obviously, you did something wrong. Nature’s laws don’t fail. The most common mistake made is in frequency. Four times per day prevents skin from regressing. In addition, it takes about six weeks for new cells to mature and be permanent. Under disease free conditions, the process takes about two months.
Today, flesh tunnels are successfully used as a passive method of applying tension. They are worn in two hour periods a few times per day. YouTube has a video of them being used. phimocure
The stretching was suggested by the doctor when I was a child and it has been done following his indication. I don't know if he was wrong but I often read about doctors that suggest this exact behavior for children.
excellent answer!! i totally agree with your method. i tried the phimocure bands but never made much progress usin them as directed. as u said frequency is the key, 4 times a day sounds about right. you CANNOT let the skin regress and reshrink as this will sometimes make it worse, tighter. also you must proceed fairly gently,it is important not to injure the skin as this may cause scarring. bethamesone helped alot in my case. Along with emuaid applied daily, it completely eradicated thebinflamation i had, which got worse the the stretching until i started with the emuaid.
Hi if you live in the UK you need to see your gp as that can prescribe the correct cream but be aware it dosent always work and sometimes surgical intervention is required not always a full circumcision thow hope this helps
stretching will work, the trick is to make sure you stretch the tight ring of skin,it is quite easy to put two fingers in there and stretch but miss the tight part
As you you will have realised by now, the zealots on both sides of the circumcision argument have jumped on your post. Try the creams and the stretches, maybe it does work for some people, but bear in mind circumcision may ultimately be your only long-term cure.
Whatever, as you are UK based, go the NHS route. Find a GP you like/trust. Much better than over the counter as you will have a professional overseeing the whole thing and an honest verdict on what is working and what may be necessary.
And most of the above is why it's so difficult to have any kind of rational conversation about this. Stretching may solve your problem and it's definitely the first course you should pursue; it may not solve it however. I'd strongly suggest you only do it in conjunction with prescription steroidal cream, because as Fookidooki points out, if you end up with micro tears and subsequent scar tissue, you could easily end up in worse shape than when you started.
excellent link!! pretty much proving that mitosis is real and it does work! also the link to foreskin restoration through stretching has some remarkable before and after pics. i might ad that it is VERY IMPORTANT that u locate and stretch the phimotic band. you can feel it when u stretch manually. they made no mention of this in the phimocure instructions. it is the whole reason you cant retract. the rest of the skin will stretchout fairly easily.
