Hi all, I have been to the Doctor and tried the creams, but no change.

Is circumcision the only option now or has anyone been successful with other treatments

TIA

Did you try the stretching exercises with the creams? How long was this treatment?

Doc didn’t say anything about stretching it was Caniston steroid cream and use for a week!

you are meant to use the cream while stretching your foreskin to get it to a stage where you can retract it over your glans.

Thanks for the reply Norwich1 as I said that was what I was told by the doctor

I’ll try and get the cream again and try stretching the foreskin

Thanks again

there's a lot of stretching exercises online. Since the steroid creams thin skin they're usually o to prescribed for a week at a time. You do t want the skin to get too thin and become damaged or torn. I would ask for another round of treatment and try it with the stretching a couple times per day or more. If after a while you could investigate the dorsal slit procedure which is a less invasive surgery. I would be more inclined to try stretching with and without the steroid cream for a long period to see if that helps
