Hey guys I'm after some info off you. I recently had a stent fitted in kidney (3 weeks ago) but lately I keep feeling in my penis like I need to pee constantly is that normal?

Hi! I had a stent a few years back due to a vein blocking my kidney, had an operation and a stent was put in for 6 weeks from my bladder to my kidney. This was a common feeling for me, feeling like I had to pee and also it stinging. The problem was where the stent was putting pressure on my bladder and making it feel full, I became used to the feeling after a week or so however that said; Just get it checked out to be sure and safe!

Did your kidney hurt when you would urinate? Every time I pee it still hurts and drs said it should have gone within 2 weeks

Not so much hurt but a dull feeling in my kidney and again that’s because of the plastic stent pressing on it. Does it hurt a lot? I’m 95% sure it’s nothing to worry about, if anything it will be your kidney getting irritated, are you drinking plenty of fluid? Just call/visit your doctors to be sure.

I drink a lot of water because that's all I drink. When I pee it feels like when someone punches you in the kidney
