From the picture and your description, you are clearly suffering from phimosis (tight, non-retractable foreskin). This will cause you problems as you cannot daily retract to wash under the foreskin as you should to avoid infections. You will also have problems during intercourse.
You must see a doctor as soon as possible to get your phimosis resolved.
There is no need to fear a circumcision as it is a simple external procedure that can easily be done in a doctor's office or specialist clinic under local anaesthetic amd will permanently cure your problem.
There is a small possibility that stretching might work for you and thus avoid circumcision if it does.
Problems after a circumcision are actually very rare. However by the very nature of sites such as this, only those with problems write here and the hundreds without them just don't write about their satisfaction.
It is always best to get any genital problems sorted out as soon as possible.
Talk to your regular doctor and see what he recommends. Many specialist clinics are open and completely safe as they don't deal with corona virus patients.
Grasp the foreskin on each side of the opening and gently pull till tight. Hold that grip for a couple of minutes, four times per day. As you progress in enlarging the hole, you can insert fingertips to pull the sides apart. Don't cause pain as you pull.
Hello ! Go to an doctor now ! And don’t fear the operation. It will be good. This phimosis can affect your health by having penile cancer. So you must to get rid of it
