So I am 29 married and have 2 kids I have phimosis which stops me pulling back my foreskin when peeing or masterbating, I previously avoided being circumcised on 2 occasions but now I’m at a point where I’m starting to get a bit smelly throughout the day as I can’t pull the skin back.
Has anyone been successful stretching their foreskin in later life to reveal full bell end?
Obviously it doesn’t bother me when I have sex I have been in a few situations where it has got stuck when I’ve been having sex which a bit of lube and a tug has put it back in place but has hurt.
Any advice please?!?!

You are still young! Stretching is worth a try under medical supervision.
Here is the NHS guidance on phimosis. It is not for any member of this forum to tell you what surgery to have, if any. You need to discuss that with your doctor.
I never asked for advice on surgery I asked if anyone has been successful with stretching foreskin later in life

I agree, see Dr, I needed one medically for reasons you state, but everyone is different. I have no experience with stretching, that option was not presented

Hi, you should consult with your GP they can prescribe some steroid cream which would help along with stretching if this doesn't help then consider a circumcision. It is important to be able to retract your foreskin and clean properly it can cause infection which will make the phimosis worse and can lead to other skin conditions.
You must be able to fully retract foreskin forward and back-Dr can explain if you don’t know, what paraphimosis is-good heath
I would keep it as it is. As long as you can pee through your foreskin it’s fine. Maybe you just need to dab the end a bit after you’ve peed so it doesn’t stay wet. If it doesn’t cause you any other problems there’s no need to stretch it back or have surgery.
