3 Weeks Post Surgery

Hi all, these are 3 weeks post circumcision surgery images. I'm 24 and I'd to get the surgery done because of Phimosis. As one can see, most of the threads have come out, but there are still quite a few which are still hanging. During the surgery my surgeon also discovered that I have balanitis. It's been 3 weeks but the head of the penis and tip is still very sensitive and pains when anything touches on it. Since last couple of days I've been wearing underwear to avoid it from moving and hurting again and again but still it's painful and I find it difficult to walk (as prescribed by the doctor). However I'm not sure how bad the balanitis is , so I would really appreciate if I get to hear something on that as well as on the overall case? Also how many more days/weeks it will take to get normal and when can I start masturbating?

Thanks in advance!

Hello bro it is normal for us who undergone an adult circumcision. I did it at my 21 years old for cosmetic reasons. What I did just waits so that all the stitches fall down. Then once after it falls down, I forced myself to put my sensitive glans and rubbed with my clothes. Results just within 2-3 days all my sensitivity is gone. I love being circumcised as it enhanced my sexual pleasure.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

For balanitis he asked me to apply an ointment twice a day. Not taking any medicines at the moment.

Hi Man, first thing you probably need to have your stitches removed they have done their job now and should be removed. that will help with the healing once they're out the sensitivity should easdown as well. when you had phimosis is can take some time to get used to your glans rubbing off clothes the best thing is to try and desensitizing as much as you can. The balanitis should clear up once your head is now exposed using the salt water wash will also help. Once your stitches are out you could start playing with your glans. if you use some lube and just your fingers at first around your glans that should work. I use bio oil afterwards for this scar I found it to be very good have a look at my post

I forgot to say if you use some wet ice cubes for some of the swelling that you have still hopefully that will reduce it for you
