3 weeks post op and no stitches have fallen

Hi, it's been 3 weeks since I got circumcised due to phimosis and I think its healing well. but I'm kind of worried because none of my stitches have fallen out yet. I also have a large blood scab on the right side that's been there since week 1 and the stitches are buried in it on that side so I leave it alone for now, I hope it falls off soon.

Swelling has gone a little bit down but it is still there.

looking at others I see my healing is really slow and it bothers me daily I'm really depressed about it.

as I heard it, they dissolve Or fall of by themselves, but everyone is different so it depends on your body presumably. I’m on day 16 and some of mine has just began to fall off. No worries

It is! I was even reoperated. I had a hematoma that was huge and blood kept coming out uncontrollably. I thought it was never-ending. Time will heal. Maybe try to dissolve some salt in water and dip ‘it’ into the cup. That might help progress

Myself and others have seen their stitches drop away between three and five weeks post-op so you should see this yourself over next two weeks.

Friend if go and show to ur doctor. If it is dried completely then they will removed it and trust me it is not painful.my stitches was removed by doctor on Day 18th. And then Keep dressing with ointment on every day. It will definatly recover very fast.
