Post circumcision bleeding

Reposting here since I previously wrongly posted. Had a circumcision on 9th... Had bleeding yesterday night after an almost 3 minute long erection...from the look of it..it was just a capillary oozing but still anyone can get scared if any blood appears near any surgical site...tissue healing nicely now...pink epithelial tissue visible near surgical stitch sites but also have some yellowish material sticking to some of the stitches(catgut suture btw).bleed reappeared on trying to remove flakes of the yellowish stuff..so no more removing...suggestion as to proper care?

PS. Erection wasn't voluntary and it's the 3rd time since surgery cause machine hasn't been used for almost a week now..and I was a daily user... Care tips I'm already following :- exact following of the directions by my surgeon and washing the area since day 3 with mild soap and water and applying topical antibiotic drop and cream, wearing loose air flowable clothes and lying on my side most of the time

Yellow stuff is fine unless it smells bad.

Do not wash with soap at all until the incision is completely closed.

Incision has closed completely...pink tissue is visible and no breaks between skin visible
