No semen only blood coming from the penis during ejaculation. Have had iron test and seen the doctor and he keeps saying everything is fine but for the live of god can someone explain why it won’t stop? I have also refrained from Sex for two weeks and just yesterday blood again. Anyone know how to fix this issue.
Ps it almost feels like I’m blocked because I can not fully cum, meaning it just dribbled out. I’m 50 next month

Thanks guys, I have seen a urologist and he has told me that this is normal and it happens for some people. I do not irinate frequently nor do I have any issues emptying my bladder. He calls it hematospermia I will contact another urologist for a second opinion
I had the same thing happen to me at about 55. It was the prostate. it took 6 weeks to get into a urologist here in the US. By then it had stopped bleeding at 4 or 5 weeks. Go to the ER and they will assign you an urologist and get in a lot quicker.
What was wrong with your prostate? I've had blood in my semen on several occasions, at age 27, 27, 44, then a couple times over past few years . I have had problems with addiction to edging at times. Wife tells me not to worry since most literature says it's rarely serious. Im.49 years old now.
Was this ever resolved? I have had the same issue for about 4 years. Im in scotland and the NHS did loads of tests, MRI, PSA, Kidney, Uroscopy etc etc. Result is that there is nothing sinister so nothing they can do. Im 47 and pretty fit.
No in fact it stoped for a little while and just the other day started bleeding again. I’m thinking that too much Alex breaks a small blood vessel. Doctors keep saying everything is fine but it keeps happening.
I don’t know about you but I also noticed I have less ejaculate. Almost as if there is a blockage. Good luck
I’m 37 y/o and I experienced this on and off for the past 5 years and it seems to be caused by severe hypeternsion. I’m now taking medcine for hypertension and noticed that bloody semen seems to have stopped.
