Is it normal?

Hi, sorry if my English isn't good.

I Had a circumcision in 11 February, and I noticed 2 days after the circumcision that pus is coming of the stitches... mostly from the frenulum area...

Is it ok? Is it normal? I've read that is happens and heal by itself..

More than that, there is a dry blood near the stiches that I don't know how to clean, it's not getting off with water and I afraid to touch it..

How can I clean the whole area, its not very nasty but not clean either

If you can answer and give me some tips I will be very thankfull

I had mine done 16 days ago, i have the same thing you talking about, not sure what is it, you can check my last post and tell me if its the same

I you have pus in any wound then it’s a sign of infection and you should see a doctor. Likely treatment might be a short course of antibiotics. Leaving it could lead to inflammation, discomfort and undesirable scarring if it gets worse.

Don’t worry about cleaning off dry blood for now, you can sort that later and no ones going to see it.

Thank you my friend, just got back from the doctor.

He told me to take antibiotic pills and to apply antibiotic ointment on the infected area.

If I will remember, I will update in a couple of days.

I born here too.

It may be strange that I circumcisited only a week ago and not when I was a baby.

My parents planned to return to Ukraine, so they gave up on my circumcision.

Eventually, we stayed here in Israel so it was my decision.

And you mean my English is good or not - like I wrote? Hehe
