Give me light, please be gentle with yourself. God is sending now peace that passes all understanding to envelop you. Sit down, sit back. Do your breath work - 10 x.

You are a child of God. Do you have any antianxiety med to take now? Plan to sit in some sunshine today. Sing a song to the Lord, shout out to him with your whole heart, crying for His help. He is always with you.

Tell me what you eat today - make it nourishing!

I love you! Here's a big hug. Keep talking to all of us 🐳
