Does anyone else have this problem? I can't sleep more than two hours a night. I have had depression for years, now, no drugs work at all and are horrible to take - make me much more depressed. I seem to function OK during the day, and feel better with no drugs. Does anyone know if this could be normal - that a person can live and be healthy with such little sleep? No drugs will work any more - tried for years, also counseling, and ECT. Let me know; thanks.
