My therapist suggested that I find a suportive outlet between our visits. This site seems like a place to open up a bit more about this journey.

The holidays are a challenge for me, and I imagine it is for many of us.

Hi Stepp, I am really struggling already. I am so lonely. Part of my family, myself included are getting together for Thanksgiving and the fighting already started along with some strange manipulation. I was really looking forward to it but now I am sad about it. I bought stuff make my own turkey dinner to share with my dogs. - Tryptophan dreams
