I was sure the distance count down was stuck for the first half hour - it was one of those runs… probably more like a reasonable step up in distance from last weeks long run - thanks Jeff!

Other than that, it was really boring and slow!

Haha, I did wonder how on earth I could manage my usual morning 5k tacked onto the end of that run. One to try in a few weeks time I think.

Well done Reggit! I really enjoy that distance. But yes, sometimes it can feel a bit slow (the only way I’d manage it 🤣). I bet you feel fantastic for having done it though. Hurrah 😃!

LOL, my distance gets stuck all the time although mostly at the end of a run when I am willing 10km or whatever to click over so I can stop and it goes on a go slow for the last 500m (or longer) or so it seems.

However you did it, well done 16km is a long way especially the first time.
