Lessons learnt, two weeks ago aiming for 10k and phone battery died at 8.5k I ran the 10k and had to run another 1.5k as run had paused when battery died.
Last week ran 12.5k and had a hypo when I finished as blood sugar must have gone too low π as diabetic . Was a bit scary, so this week (10 miles) hydrated and took some sweets with me and felt good learning as I go π₯°
Celebrated with some watermelon and coconut water, off the alcohol until complete NRC half marathon (crossing my fingers and toes)
