I've just ran my first 10 Miles 👏🏃‍♀️

I don't know why but it's not letting me upload my Garmin data photo 😢

But I done it 🏃‍♀️

Left at silly hour this morning 5:30 am..

Took me 2hrs and 12mins..

Was a great run until my iPod ran out of charge at 10K so had to dig deep for determination to keep going..but by 11K I got my head around it and enjoyed the bird song to keep me going 🐦🙏

Another runner overtook my around 12K and I felt like saying I'm on my way to 10Miles 🤣

14K brought achy hips and a tight calf..but by then I knew I could finish the distance 👏👏

Had my bath and feeling fantastic..☺️

Woopee I've just gone and ran 10Miles 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️☀️💪
