Indoors: 40 minute recovery run.
I ran what felt a super slow time as I didn’t want to push myself too hard, given it’s a recovery run. I don’t trust the distance on the NRC app as on the treadmill it was only 4.8K. No matter, it was a steady run and I managed the time in relative comfort. I’m running 10K on either Sunday or Monday and this was a good build up to that. I took an extra day off training yesterday as I’ve been feeling achy. My ankle was a bit twingy during the last 10 minutes, which is has a tendency to do despite wearing a support. Also, I have a very slight groin stain which hasn’t been made any worse by running. Feeling good and weight is slowly coming off.
